The warehouse is a fixed pool: whatever a truck loads leaves the racks and does not come back on its own. What is left is derived from the uncancelled bookings made since the last refill — no counter is kept, because missing one credit-back on a cancellation would leave the warehouse permanently wrong.
“Refill stock” fills the racks; it does not erase the booking history.

Every booking follows the path a real customer takes: the route is planned, a slot is taken, and then it is confirmed — the cells and the units picked are written onto the booking at confirmation, and that is what the next customer is planned around. A booking nobody confirmed is a booking nobody has to avoid.
The server runs one simulation at a time, so generation is sequential and stops if you close the tab.
Orders are clamped to what is left on the shelves; generation ends early once the warehouse runs out.

This video replays the stored routes of the day's confirmed bookings — it does not re-plan the day. These are the promises made to customers; re-planning would show a different day.
Each truck has its own colour; the line behind it is the path taken so far. A ring and a ⬍ around it mean the truck is not idle — the crane is loading (one pick takes far longer than crossing a cell).
How many trucks you can see at once depends on the warehouse capacity.
